Medford Basement Bath
This was a basement bathroom with of course short ceilings, making the space very dark and confining. This floor had just been redone with new LVP so the mission here was only the shower. The location was in a corner of the basement with the floor joist above running right under a stair well plus, as one can see in the photos some strange horizontal framing to accommodate a centralization of plumbing in this area. There were no real options to expand without some major expenditures so the decision was made to just increase the shower opening, update with a cream marbled subway, natural stone floor and a framed clear glass slider. The French Bulldogs Lola and Stitch were quite inquisitive as to the goings on and had to do pre-construction inspections! They are not mine but they are family and information on them can be found at diamonddollfrenchies.com.
