Canby 34 Square Roof
This roof was just a simple gable end roof, over the top of a duplex. Simple, not necessarily easy though, but then it’s no fun if it's easy, right? There were actually two layers here, an overlay of the original roof from sometime in the 1960’s. There were leaks around both chimneys, as well as in multiple locations throughout the roof. Three 20yd dumpsters and 19 sheets of new CDX plywood, and it was ready to be roofed. New apron flashings, drip edge, vents as well as vent pipe jacks throughout. All the counter-flashing on the chimneys was still intact so just new rear cricket flash and pan flashing underneath was required. Shortly thereafter part of the rear fence came down and I was called back to remove the old sections and replace with new construct. Call backs from existing clients, or from first time customers, are what C3-23Construction thrives on. A lasting relationship built on trust, integrity and craft.
